How the magic works.

Each spin has 5 reels with 4 independent symbols each. A win starts on reel one and matches the same symbol across 3, 4 or 5 consecutive reels. Any row counts; the number of matching symbols on each reel multiplies the ways. There are no wild symbols or fixed paylines.

Gold values: Each gold hoard or golden egg shows tokens. A guardian anywhere on reel one collects all those values. Without that guardian, gold still fills the collection meter but its values do not pay. Gold is not a matching-ways symbol.

Reel multipliers: A ×3 symbol on reel two applies ×3; a ×4 on reel three applies ×4. Together they apply ×12 to both matching wins and collected gold. Multiple identical multipliers on the same reel count once. They do not substitute for symbols.

15 collected: Collect 15 natural gold symbols over paid spins to earn 5 Gold Mode free spins, at the entry that triggered them. In Gold Mode, gems transform into guardians and crests into gold. Landing at least 3 natural gold symbols adds 2 free spins, up to 20 queued. Transformed gold cannot retrigger. The meter resets when Gold Mode ends; overflow beyond 15 is discarded. You start every spin.

10× payout: Add matching-symbol wins and collected gold values, apply the reel multiplier, then multiply by 10. Example: (100 matching + 200 gold) × 12 × 10 = 36,000 tokens. Paid entry is deducted once. A spin can return zero. The bonus total counts only free-spin awards.

Per-cell weights: guardian 7%, gold 3%, gem 10%, crest 10%, A 16%, K 17%, Q 18%, J 19%. On reel two, 2% of J becomes ×3; on reel three, 2% becomes ×4 (J is 17% on those reels). Gold values are entry × 1/2/5/10/25/50 with probabilities 50/25/15/7/2/1 percent. These are original free-play rules, not the odds of the reference machine. No wilds or progressive cash jackpots. Results are saved before animation; reloading cannot replay the award. Each game has its own balance and collection. Gold rings mark paying matches, collected gold and its reel-one guardian, and one instance of each applied multiplier. Gold that only fills the collection meter is not a paid win. Use Show winning symbols to review the rings. Sound starts automatically when you press Spin. Sound off mutes reels, music and narration; your choice is remembered across all five slot machines. Music adds an original 152 BPM dance track while reels spin, lowering during narration and each reel stop. Net wins add a louder 6.4-second victory fanfare with a soft finish; it also lowers during narration. Turn off Music or Narrator separately to choose your mix. Audio stops when the tab is hidden; interrupted speech is not replayed. No cash value.
